Refund Policy

Last updated: 7 May 2026

This Refund Policy explains how refunds, cancellations, and payment-related issues are handled for services purchased through BENIPAL LAB (“BENIPAL LAB”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

By placing an order, making a payment, or using our services, you agree to this Refund Policy.

1. Our Services

BENIPAL LAB provides digital, technical, creative, advisory, app development, software development, design, configuration, consultation, and related digital services.

Because many of our services involve planning, research, design work, development time, third-party tools, platform setup, administrative processing, and custom work, refunds are handled based on the progress of the order and the work already completed.

2. General Refund Principle

Refunds are based on the stage of the order at the time the refund request is received.

Once work has started, BENIPAL LAB may deduct a reasonable amount for work already completed, time spent, resources used, transaction costs, administrative processing, and any third-party fees incurred.

Refund eligibility is calculated using the order progress scale shown below.

3. Refund Scale

Order progressRefund amount0–10%90% refund10–20%80% refund20–30%70% refund30–40%60% refund40–50%50% refund50–60%40% refund60–70%30% refund70–80%20% refund80–90%10% refund90–100%0% refund

The order progress percentage may be determined by BENIPAL LAB based on factors including, but not limited to, planning completed, design work, development work, revisions, consultation time, communication, testing, delivery preparation, third-party setup, and overall project completion.

4. Refunds Before Work Begins

If you request a refund before any meaningful work has started, you may be eligible for a refund of up to 90% of the amount paid.

A deduction may still apply for payment processing fees, administrative handling, onboarding, consultation, planning, or third-party charges already incurred.

5. Refunds After Work Has Started

Once BENIPAL LAB has started work on your order, the refund amount will depend on the progress of the order.

Work may include, but is not limited to:

  • Consultation or project discussion

  • Research and planning

  • UI/UX design

  • App or website development

  • Code writing or configuration

  • Testing and debugging

  • Admin panel setup

  • Firebase, Stripe, Twilio, hosting, or third-party integration work

  • Document preparation

  • Communication, support, or project management time

  • Any custom work completed for the client

Refunds are not based only on whether the final product has been delivered. Work completed before delivery may still reduce the refundable amount.

6. No Refund After Substantial Completion

If an order has reached 90% to 100% progress, no refund will normally be provided.

This is because most of the work, time, planning, development, testing, or delivery preparation has already been completed.

BENIPAL LAB may still, at its sole discretion, offer corrections, revisions, support, partial credit, or another reasonable solution where appropriate.

7. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are generally non-refundable:

  • Completed services

  • Delivered digital products or files

  • Custom design or development work already completed

  • Consultation time

  • Urgent or priority service fees

  • Admin, setup, or onboarding fees

  • Third-party charges

  • Domain, hosting, API, subscription, platform, or software fees

  • Payment processing fees

  • App Store, Play Store, Stripe, Firebase, Twilio, or similar external platform charges

  • Work affected by client delay, missing information, or change of mind

  • Any work approved by the client before the refund request

8. Client Change of Mind

A refund may not be available simply because the client changes their mind after work has started.

If you decide not to continue with the project, BENIPAL LAB may calculate the refund based on the progress completed and the refund scale above.

9. Delays Caused by the Client

Refunds may be reduced or refused where delays are caused by the client, including but not limited to:

  • Not providing required information

  • Not providing access to accounts or platforms

  • Delayed approvals

  • Delayed feedback

  • Changing project requirements

  • Requesting extra features outside the original scope

  • Failure to respond to communication

  • Providing incorrect or incomplete details

BENIPAL LAB is not responsible for delays caused by missing client cooperation, third-party platforms, app review processes, payment processors, hosting providers, API providers, or external service providers.

10. Third-Party Services and Fees

Some services may require third-party tools, platforms, APIs, hosting, domains, subscriptions, payment processors, app stores, communication services, or other external providers.

Any third-party fees already paid or committed are not refundable by BENIPAL LAB.

If a third-party provider offers a refund directly, the client may need to contact that provider according to their own refund policy.

11. Revisions Instead of Refunds

Where appropriate, BENIPAL LAB may offer revisions, corrections, bug fixes, or adjustments instead of a refund.

A refund will not normally be provided for issues that can reasonably be corrected, especially where the issue is within the agreed project scope.

Requests for new features, major design changes, additional pages, extra integrations, or work outside the original agreement may require additional payment.

12. Digital Delivery

For digital services, delivery may include sending files, providing access, publishing updates, completing setup, providing code, configuring systems, or making work available for review.

Once digital work has been delivered, shared, published, or made available to the client, refund eligibility may be reduced or removed depending on the progress and nature of the work.

13. Subscription or Ongoing Services

If BENIPAL LAB provides monthly, ongoing, maintenance, support, hosting, management, or subscription-based services, cancellation will stop future billing where applicable.

Fees already paid for the current billing period are generally non-refundable unless required by law or agreed in writing.

Any completed work, support, maintenance, monitoring, or service availability during that billing period may be deducted from any refund.

14. Deposit Payments

Deposits, booking fees, advance payments, or initial setup payments may be non-refundable once work has started.

If a deposit is refundable, the refundable amount will be calculated based on order progress, administrative costs, and work already completed.

15. Failed Payments, Duplicate Payments, or Billing Errors

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, charged twice, or made a payment by mistake, contact BENIPAL LAB as soon as possible.

If a genuine duplicate payment or billing error is confirmed, BENIPAL LAB will arrange a correction or refund where appropriate.

Refunds for duplicate payments may still be subject to payment processor timelines and fees.

16. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Before opening a chargeback or payment dispute, we encourage you to contact BENIPAL LAB so we can review and resolve the issue.

If a chargeback is opened after work has been started or delivered, BENIPAL LAB may provide evidence of the order, communication, completed work, delivery status, and this Refund Policy to the payment provider.

Unresolved chargebacks may result in suspension of services, cancellation of access, or refusal of future work.

17. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact BENIPAL LAB with the following details:

  • Your full name

  • Email address used for the order

  • Order number or payment reference

  • Date of payment

  • Reason for requesting a refund

  • Any relevant screenshots, documents, or communication

Refund requests should be sent to:

Email: support@benipallab.com

BENIPAL LAB may ask for additional information to verify the order and assess the refund request.

18. Refund Review Time

Refund requests are usually reviewed within 7 working days after all required information has been received.

Complex projects, third-party payment checks, or disputed matters may take longer to review.

19. Refund Processing Time

If a refund is approved, it will usually be processed back to the original payment method.

After BENIPAL LAB processes the refund, the time it takes to appear in your account depends on your bank, card provider, payment processor, or payment method.

Refunds may take approximately 5 to 10 working days, but some payment providers may take longer.

20. Currency and Exchange Rates

Refunds are normally issued in the same currency and through the same payment method used for the original payment.

BENIPAL LAB is not responsible for currency conversion differences, exchange rate changes, bank charges, international transaction fees, or payment provider deductions.

21. Abuse of Refund Policy

BENIPAL LAB reserves the right to refuse refund requests where we reasonably believe there is abuse of this policy, fraud, misuse of services, repeated cancellations, bad-faith behavior, or attempts to obtain completed work without payment.

22. Legal Rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy is intended to limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

Where the law gives you rights that cannot be excluded, this Refund Policy will apply only to the extent permitted by law.

23. Changes to This Refund Policy

BENIPAL LAB may update this Refund Policy from time to time.

The latest version will be posted on our website or app. The updated policy will apply from the date it is published, unless stated otherwise.
