BENIPAL LAB Data Deletion Request

BENIPAL LAB respects your privacy and gives users a way to request deletion of personal data associated with the BENIPAL LAB app.

This page explains how users can request deletion of their data, what data may be deleted, what data may need to be retained, and how long the process may take.

1. How to Request Data Deletion

To request deletion of your BENIPAL LAB app data, please contact us by email:

Please include the following information in your request, where available:

  • Your full name, if you provided it to BENIPAL LAB

  • Your email address, if you provided it

  • Your phone or WhatsApp number, if you provided it

  • Your order number, if your request relates to an order

  • A short message clearly stating that you want your BENIPAL LAB data deleted

I would like to request deletion of my personal data associated with the BENIPAL LAB app. My order number is [order number], and my contact email/phone is [your contact detail].

2. Data That May Be Deleted

Depending on how you used the BENIPAL LAB app, we may delete or anonymize the following types of data:

  • Client profile information

  • Name or display name, if provided

  • Email address, if provided

  • Phone number or WhatsApp number, if provided

  • In-app chat messages

  • Order and special order communication

  • App support messages

  • Notification tokens

  • Firebase user identifiers or app identifiers

  • App activity linked to your user profile

  • Uploaded or submitted content, where applicable

Where deletion is not technically possible, we may anonymize the data so it is no longer linked to you.

3. Data That May Be Retained

Some information may need to be retained for legitimate business, legal, tax, payment, fraud prevention, security, refund, dispute resolution, or compliance reasons.

This may include:

  • Payment records processed through third-party payment providers

  • Invoices, receipts, and transaction records

  • Refund or dispute records

  • Records required for accounting or tax purposes

  • Security logs needed to prevent fraud or abuse

  • Order history required to verify completed services

Any retained data will only be kept for as long as necessary for the purpose it was retained.

4. Payment Information

BENIPAL LAB may use third-party payment providers such as Stripe or Google Pay-supported payment flows.

BENIPAL LAB does not directly store full credit card or debit card numbers. Payment information may be processed and stored by the payment provider according to their own privacy and security policies.

If you need deletion of payment-provider data, you may also need to contact the relevant payment provider directly.

5. Voice Calling and Microphone Permission

BENIPAL LAB may request microphone permission only when users use voice calling features inside the app.

Microphone access is used to enable real-time voice communication. BENIPAL LAB does not use microphone permission for background recording, unrelated tracking, or advertising purposes.

If any call-related logs or support records are linked to your user profile, you may request deletion where legally and technically possible.

6. Chat, Orders, and Service Communication

BENIPAL LAB may store chat messages, order details, special order details, service instructions, and support communication to provide services and customer support.

When you request deletion, we will review whether these records can be deleted or anonymized. Some records may be retained if they are required for service verification, payment confirmation, dispute handling, fraud prevention, tax, legal, or compliance purposes.

7. How Long Deletion Takes

We aim to respond to data deletion requests within a reasonable time.

In most cases, we will process valid deletion requests within 30 days after receiving enough information to identify the data.

If your request is complex or requires additional verification, it may take longer. If additional time is needed, we may notify you.

8. Verification

For security reasons, we may ask you to verify your identity before deleting data.

This helps prevent unauthorized deletion requests. We may ask for information such as your order number, contact detail, or other details connected to your BENIPAL LAB app usage.

9. Deleting the App

Uninstalling the BENIPAL LAB app from your device does not automatically delete data already stored on BENIPAL LAB systems or third-party services.
