Data Deletion Request

This page explains how users of Benipal Services mobile applications can request deletion of their account and associated personal data. This applies to all apps published by Benipal Services, including Benipal Lab, Satluj Coin, Road Tranz, Truck Map, and any future apps we release.

Your right to request deletion

If you have used any of our apps and would like your account or personal data deleted, you may submit a request at any time. We will process valid requests in line with applicable privacy laws, including the Google Play data deletion requirements.

How to request data deletion

To request deletion of your account or personal data, contact us using any of the methods below. Please include:

• The name of the app you used (for example, Benipal Lab)
• The email address or phone number linked to your account
• A clear statement that you want your account and data deleted
• Any additional details that help us locate your account (optional)

What we delete

When your deletion request is approved, we delete or anonymise personal data associated with your account, which may include:

• Account profile information (name, email, phone number)
• Login and authentication records linked to your account
• App usage data tied to your user ID
• Support messages and order or service history linked to your account
• Other personal data stored in our systems for that app

What we may retain

We may retain certain information only where required by law or for legitimate business purposes, such as:

• Records needed for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, or legal compliance
• Information we are legally required to keep for a specific period
• Anonymised or aggregated data that can no longer identify you

Any data we retain will be kept only for as long as necessary and protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Processing time

We aim to confirm receipt of your request within 7 business days and to complete deletion within 30 days, unless a longer period is required by law or technically necessary. We will notify you once your data has been deleted or if we need additional information to verify your identity.

Deleting data stored on your device

Uninstalling an app removes locally stored data from your device. To request deletion of data stored on our servers or in your account, you must contact us using the methods above.

Apps that do not collect personal data

Some Benipal Services apps may not require an account or may not collect personal data. If an app does not collect your data, there may be no server-side account to delete. You can still contact us if you have questions.
